BuckRake Products Warranty Policy

BuckRakeUSA warrants to its Dealer, who in turn, warrants to their customer that each new BuckRake product, replacement part, and accessory will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after delivery to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, normal wear, lack of maintenance, accident, alteration, or misuse as stated in the BuckRake Operator’s Manual Warranty Section.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Dealer is to notify BuckRakeUSA with the following information as soon as reasonably possible:

  1. Serial number, or part number of the effected BuckRake product.
  2. An accurate description of the fault.
  3. The operational situation in which the fault occurred
  4. Photographs that clearly illustrate the fault.

The Dealer is responsible for all costs associated with customer service and transportation to and from the customer.

BuckRakeUSA is responsible for the repair, or replacement of product determined defective and for all transportation between BuckRakeUSA and the Dealer for repair, or replacement of the defective product.
